Ford is hiring a Senior System Software Integration and Validation Engineer to design, develop, and execute verification and validation activities for automotive software and systems. The role includes building automated test benches, creating V&V plans and test cases, integrating hardware and software, debugging cross-functional issues, and reporting results. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, at least five years of automotive or relevant experience, expertise in automotive systems and embedded software, and experience with HIL test benches and communication protocols. The position is hybrid, may require onsite work four or more days per week, and offers visa sponsorship.
