Shield AI is hiring a Staff Systems Administrator to serve as the accountable technical owner for enterprise IT infrastructure and end-user computing in a security-sensitive, segmented entity environment. The role owns on-premises and cloud infrastructure, identity, networks, endpoints, security controls, compliance evidence, patching, vulnerability remediation, disaster recovery, and service delivery, while supporting engineering and business teams with advanced troubleshooting and automation. It requires 12+ years of relevant experience and strong expertise across Windows, macOS, Linux, Azure or AWS, Active Directory, Entra ID, endpoint management, networking, and security operations.
