Dexcom is hiring a Staff Systems Engineer in India to translate product vision, user needs, and UI/UX designs into testable requirements for medical devices and Android and iOS mobile applications. The role owns system and software requirements specifications, requirements traceability, verification matrices, test strategies, and systems engineering best practices, while using GenAI tools and collaborating with software, hardware, and test engineers. The position also mentors other engineers and requires strong systems engineering, BLE, mobile, medical device, requirements, and tooling expertise, along with a bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of related experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
