WHOOP is hiring a Staff Systems Engineer to lead system architecture and technical strategy across current and future wearable hardware platforms. The role partners with electrical, mechanical, firmware, signal processing, product, manufacturing, and quality teams; owns system requirements, interfaces, verification and validation strategies, architecture reviews, technical risk mitigation, and supplier coordination; and mentors senior engineers. It is based in the Boston, Massachusetts office, requires 8+ years of relevant experience, and offers a U.S. base salary of $175,000 to $215,000 plus equity and benefits.
