Description
Merlin Labs is hiring a Systems Engineering Manager to lead a small team of Systems Engineers and manage systems engineering plans, tasking, verification and validation, reviews, architecture, requirements, interfaces, and cross-functional collaboration for autonomous flight-control systems. The role requires a BS in Electrical, Aerospace, or Systems Engineering, 6+ years of systems engineering experience, flight-control and autonomy experience, and the ability to lead complex architectural and systems engineering problems. Remote applicants are welcome, with a preference for candidates based in or willing to relocate to Boston, Massachusetts for a hybrid schedule; visa sponsorship is not available.
