Description
The Staff Systems Integration Engineer will join Cellanome’s Product Development team to automate and troubleshoot molecular biology and cell biology protocols on an in-house prototype instrument, develop new protocols, and integrate biological workflows with novel hardware. The role involves experiment design, hardware and software troubleshooting, data analysis, Python automation, and AI-assisted tooling, while collaborating with engineering and scientific teams. It requires substantial related experience, a relevant engineering or biological/physical science degree, instrumentation development experience, and proficiency with Python; the estimated base salary is $145,000–$170,000 per year.
