Description
Ford is hiring an IVI Software Test Engineer to drive end-to-end integration, validation, and release readiness for infotainment software across embedded platforms, middleware, multimedia, connectivity, and customer-facing applications. The role supports vehicle integration and powermoding, develops automated test coverage, maintains test infrastructure, and diagnoses complex software, hardware, ECU, network, and power-state issues. Candidates need at least five years of experience integrating and testing complex software systems, software testing and quality assurance knowledge, Git and CI/CD familiarity, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience. The position is a Level 6 leadership role with a base salary range of $150,200 to $283,500, medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage, and hybrid work with possible onsite requirements.
