Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies is hiring a Staff Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of strategic Data & AI programs across product, platform, and internal initiatives. The role plans and coordinates cross-functional workstreams, manages technical risks and dependencies, evaluates data pipelines and AI/ML systems, communicates with engineering, data science, product, and executive stakeholders, and improves program delivery processes. Candidates need at least eight years of technical or engineering program management experience, a relevant BS or MS, Data Engineering familiarity, and experience using AI tools to build TPM productivity tools.
