Description
Apptronik is hiring a Staff Technical Program Manager to establish and lead program management for its new Sunnyvale, California office. The role owns ML infrastructure and MLOps programs, perception program execution for humanoid robotics, and serves as the primary interface with a strategic AI partner. Responsibilities include setting program structure, coordinating engineering, research, operations, and executive stakeholders, managing joint roadmaps and milestones, and mentoring future TPMs. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, 10+ years of technical program or engineering management experience, and senior or staff-level leadership experience; robotics, autonomous systems, robot learning, edge AI, and embedded systems experience are preferred. The annual compensation range is $250,000-$285,000.
