Arc is hiring a Staff Technical Program Manager for Commercial to own commercial powertrain programs from award through delivery, beginning with a $160M electric tugboat contract. The role manages schedule, scope, risk, proposals, shipyard and build-partner relationships, engineering and supply-chain coordination, program cadence, and processes for commercial programs. It is a full-time, on-site position at Arc’s Los Angeles headquarters, requiring at least seven years of experience delivering complex hardware programs and access to ITAR-controlled information.
