Description
Ethos is hiring a Technical Program Manager to operate within its Engineering organization and lead cross-team projects and roadmaps. The role manages end-to-end project plans, coordinates engineering and product initiatives, provides hands-on program management through development and implementation, improves internal processes, facilitates agile ceremonies, maps project dependencies, and communicates status to stakeholders. Candidates should have at least 15 years of Scrum Master experience in software development, a BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience, and experience developing, coaching, or managing teams. The position is hybrid.
