Fivetran is hiring a full-time Engineering Program Management Office (PMO) Manager in Novi Sad, Serbia. The role manages complex engineering programs and projects from initiation through closure, leads cross-functional teams, coordinates technical stakeholders, defines plans and metrics, mitigates risks, and improves project management processes. It requires at least two years of technical experience and six years of technical project or program management experience, along with proficiency in project management tools, AI LLMs and agents, and the ability to lead large initiatives with minimal oversight.
