Relativity Space is hiring a Staff Technical Program Manager to manage cross-functional program execution for the Terran R launch vehicle across its full lifecycle, from early design through flight. The role owns schedules, risks, resources, trade-offs, communication, and program processes; integrates workstream schedules into an Integrated Master Schedule; coordinates engineering, manufacturing, test, supply chain, and launch teams; and establishes metrics and reporting. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or a related field, at least seven years leading a complex program, and experience with cross-functional hardware teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. The hiring range is $152,000–$228,000 USD, with equity and other benefits.
