Description
Suno is hiring a Staff Technical Program Manager to scale technical programs and launches across engineering, product, and other functions. The role leads end-to-end initiatives such as model launches and multi-team engineering efforts, coaches and builds the TPM function, partners with engineering leadership, and helps define the program management working model. Candidates need 8–10 years of program or technical program management experience, adaptability, a framework for measuring program success, and technical or coding fluency. The role is expected to work from the designated Suno office five days per week and offers a base salary of $230,000–$300,000 plus target equity and benefits.
