Oura is hiring a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead the end-to-end development, validation, manufacturing, compliance, and launch of advanced battery systems for wearable products. The role coordinates electrical, mechanical, firmware, software, product, science, manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and vendor teams; manages schedules, risks, tradeoffs, and cross-functional execution; and establishes battery program best practices. Candidates should have 10+ years of NPI hardware development experience, a track record shipping products with custom battery systems, and strong knowledge of battery technologies, power systems, testing, and compliance. The position requires up to 30% global travel and offers a Region 1 salary of $198,000–$233,000 plus equity and health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
