Zscaler is hiring a Staff Compliance Architect to serve as the compliance team’s technical subject matter expert and embed scalable, auditable compliance requirements into product and infrastructure delivery. The role translates regulatory and assurance obligations into technical criteria, acceptance tests, privacy-by-design patterns, data flow diagrams, and automated validation, while partnering with Engineering, Product, Compliance Engineering, and Authorization Operations. It is remote for candidates outside the San Jose, California area and hybrid for those based in San Jose, with a base salary range of $119,000 to $170,000 USD.
