MX is hiring a senior Technical Program Manager to autonomously lead complex enterprise financial data product initiatives. The role combines program delivery, strategic planning, risk governance, cross-functional influence, process design, Agile coaching, and technical architecture oversight. It requires 10+ years of large-scale software delivery experience, 3+ years leading or mentoring technical program managers, end-to-end SDLC expertise, Atlassian Suite knowledge, and strong Scrum and systems-thinking capabilities. Preferred qualifications include financial management or wealth management tools, AI/ML product development, technical leadership, change management, and PMP or CSM certifications.
