Mainspring Energy is hiring a Staff Technical Program Manager for Software Engineering to own end-to-end software programs for complex power-generation products. The role bridges long-lead hardware development with agile software delivery, manages integrated master schedules, risks, budgets, and cross-functional dependencies across firmware, controls, hardware, and cloud infrastructure, and provides executive-level program visibility. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or an equivalent technical field and 10+ years of technical program management experience with complex hardware products. The position is onsite at Mainspring’s Menlo Park headquarters and includes pre-IPO stock options and benefits.
