ALSO is hiring a Staff Technical Program Manager, Low Voltage Electronics to own end-to-end development of low-voltage electronic modules for its small electric vehicles. The role leads multi-disciplinary hardware projects, manages requirements, schedules, risks, design releases, validation testing, builds, vendor relationships, and cross-functional communication, and adapts lean processes to remove blockers. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or a related engineering field, 5–7+ years of program management or engineering experience, and a track record of taking complex hardware and software products through EVT, DVT, PVT, and launch. The position offers $150,000–$240,000 per year and includes health, dental, vision, retirement, and family benefits.
