Cohere is hiring a full-time Machine Learning Technical Program Manager to establish and scale operational processes for its Generative Modeling teams, lead cross-functional programs, manage dependencies and risks, coordinate with senior leaders and stakeholders, and support the design, training, and improvement of core generative models. The role requires 5–10 years of Technical Program Manager experience and 5+ years of AI/ML experience, with a strong preference for foundation-model experience and knowledge of natural language processing and large language models.
