Description
Crusoe is hiring a Staff Technical Program Manager for its Managed Inference platform. The role owns end-to-end multi-quarter program delivery, model onboarding, inference optimization, production readiness, GPU hardware readiness, multi-tenant capacity planning, risk governance, execution frameworks, dashboards, and executive communication across model engineering, IaaS, cloud foundations, data center operations, and external model providers. Candidates need 7+ years of technical program management experience, familiarity with LLM inference and model serving, multi-tenant systems, fine-tuning and alignment workflows, AI tool integration, and cross-functional influence.
