Description
Intuit is hiring a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead two identity platform initiatives: scaling account models from hundreds to thousands of entities through bulk and group administration and an API-first surface, and automating the joiner/mover/leaver access lifecycle with correct permissions, revocation, and audit trails. The role owns end-to-end delivery, strategy, risks, dependencies, governance, migration, adoption, and program frameworks, partnering with engineering, product, and identity architects. It requires 8+ years of technical program management experience, a relevant technical degree, CIAM and identity-access expertise, and experience with AI agents and tools. The position is based in Bengaluru, India.
