Shield AI is hiring a Propulsion Technical Program Manager to lead execution across its X-BAT propulsion team. The role partners with propulsion engineers, responsible engineers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to plan and execute engine hardware, fuel and fluid systems, testing, and aircraft integration; manage schedules, technical risks, program status, and delivery performance; and support test campaigns and flight readiness. The position requires a relevant engineering bachelor’s degree, at least seven years of technical program management or engineering leadership experience, aerospace or complex hardware development experience, and U.S. citizenship or ITAR compliance; a S//SAR security clearance is desired.
