Shield AI is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end execution of complex autonomy-enabled unmanned aircraft systems programs from requirements through deployment. The role combines systems engineering, program management, and scaled-Agile leadership to coordinate multiple engineering teams, manage technical and delivery risk, ensure requirements and verification are traceable, and deliver verified mission capability to customers. Candidates need a STEM bachelor’s degree, 8–12+ years of relevant technical experience, strong systems-engineering and program-management capabilities, and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
