Shield AI is hiring a senior technology program manager to own end-to-end delivery of large, multi-workstream technology programs, including enterprise platforms, ERP and business-system rollouts, cloud and infrastructure migrations, identity and security programs, and system integrations. The role defines program structure and delivery strategy, coordinates project managers, workstream leads, and vendors, manages governance, risk, budgets, resources, go-live readiness, and vendor performance, and mentors project managers. Candidates need at least 8 years of project or program management experience, including 5+ years leading complex technology programs, along with strong technical, executive, communication, and vendor-management capabilities.
