Form Energy is hiring a contract Staff Technical Recruiter to serve as a strategic talent partner for its Engineering organization. The role owns complex full-cycle searches for niche mechanical, electrical, and hardware engineering roles; partners with hiring managers and leadership; builds sourcing pipelines; develops hiring processes; provides hardware-market intelligence; and conducts creative outreach. The position requires at least 8 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, including 3+ years in mechanical or hardware engineering, and is hybrid with onsite work in Berkeley, California, two days per week.
