Oura is hiring a Staff Technology Portfolio Manager to build and operate a single, trusted IT portfolio system covering approximately 100 concurrent technology programs across six teams. The role will establish shared program definitions, run weekly portfolio reviews, map cross-team dependencies, govern intake, partner with program leadership, and use AI to build reporting, dependency-analysis, and risk-detection workflows. It is a remote US role with a preference for candidates based in San Francisco, requires 10+ years of technology program or portfolio experience, and offers a base salary of $139,400–$200,000 depending on region, plus equity and health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
