Apptronik is hiring a Staff Test Engineer – Actuation to own the design validation and NPI test process for custom actuator systems. The role leads bringup, calibration, characterization, and production test-method development across mechanical, electrical, firmware, and software domains; builds Python-based automation and data infrastructure; operates dynamometer and benchtop test equipment; and performs cross-stack root-cause analysis and system identification. The position requires hands-on actuator testing experience, strong cross-disciplinary debugging and Python skills, and a relevant bachelor's, master's, or PhD degree with the specified years of experience.
