Description
The role leads the development, implementation, procurement, release, and maintenance of complex semiconductor test systems and software solutions for product lines. Responsibilities include defining tester concepts, planning budgets and equipment procurement, coordinating suppliers, achieving test coverage, troubleshooting self-setup systems, supporting test improvement and change management, and coaching engineers. The position requires a bachelor's degree in electrical or electronic engineering or a related field and 5 to 10 years of semiconductor test engineering experience, along with technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
