Description
Form Energy is hiring a Staff Test Engineer to lead major pack-level integrated test assets in its Systems Test organization. The role owns test planning, commissioning, execution, data integrity, reporting, root-cause analysis, and decommissioning of assets involving BMS hardware, harnessing, sensors, actuators, and full system integration. It also coordinates with design, operations, facilities, and product teams, mentors junior engineers and technicians, and maintains safety and documentation standards. The position requires at least eight years of systems test, integration, or hardware validation experience, a relevant engineering degree, and familiarity with battery systems, industrial hardware, test automation, and industrial protocols.
