Description

Required Previous Experiences: 8 to 12+ years of experience working with Automated Test Systems (ATE)
8 to 12+ years of hands-on ATE test development for analog, digital, and mixed-signal products, with a focus on analog power product testing
Programming experience with C++, BASIC, Perl, and Python
Experience testing IC chips or circuits with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers
Proficiency with ATE analog and digital instruments, PCB layout, parasitic reduction, and debugging
Hands-on experience debugging analog products with serial bus interfaces
Experience with test hardware and test program development
