Description
The Staff NPI Test Engineer will lead test development for mixed-signal and RF product portfolios, owning test solutions from early silicon validation through high-volume production. Responsibilities include developing analog and digital DFT techniques, creating package- and wafer-level test solutions on the Advantest V93000 platform, evaluating designs with ATE results, supporting reliability screening and product qualification, deploying solutions to offshore OSATs, and improving test time and yield. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, project management, and the ability to resolve novel technical problems.
