Description
Lucid is hiring a Staff Manufacturing Test Engineer – Powertrain to serve as a senior technical leader for manufacturing test strategies across electric powertrain systems, including traction inverters, Drive Units, and high-voltage battery assemblies. The role owns systems-level test architecture, safety and data requirements, commissioning and validation methodologies, supplier equipment reviews, and cross-functional guidance for powertrain test engineers. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and at least 8 years of experience developing and supporting automated test equipment in high-volume manufacturing, with EV powertrain and industrial test-system experience.
