Description
Renesas is hiring a Test Operations Manager to oversee test operations interfaces with product groups and functional teams across the United States, Japan, India, Malaysia, and China. The role manages daily test operations, probe and final test transfers, test capacity expansions, tester and handler technology deployment, manufacturing process improvements, and gross-margin initiatives involving OEE, yield, and retest. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronic, computing, or a related engineering discipline, preferably more than five years of high-volume semiconductor test manufacturing experience, and familiarity with ATE tester platforms, test processes, failure analysis, reliability testing, and project management.
