Description
The Test Operations and Engineering role supports Renesas semiconductor products after manufacturing release and reports to the Operations Engineering Department. Responsibilities include coordinating test operations with product groups and manufacturing sites, managing lot tracking and test program releases, troubleshooting hardware, expanding test capacity, deploying tester and handler technology, improving OEE, yield, retest, and gross margins, and driving continuous improvement. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, preferably more than seven years of high-volume semiconductor test manufacturing or test product engineering experience, and familiarity with ATE tester platforms, test methodology, failure analysis, reliability testing, and project management.
