Description
The Staff Process Test Engineer provides technical leadership for the introduction, qualification, transfer, and high-volume manufacturing of automotive semiconductor products. The role owns final test operations, resolves yield and quality issues, improves OEE and manufacturing cost, and collaborates with production, quality, maintenance, planning, supply chain, and global engineering teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least six years of experience in semiconductor test manufacturing, product engineering, or test engineering in a high-volume manufacturing environment, along with familiarity with automated test systems and failure analysis.
