Lucid is hiring a Staff Testing Engineer, Powertrain to own end-to-end test infrastructure for DU EOL, HV Battery EOL, inverter functional testing, and dynamometer cells at a greenfield AMP-2 facility. The role defines test architecture, MSA and gauge standards, data integration, correlation, launch readiness, change control, safety compliance, and technical governance, while supporting Saudi workforce development and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in electrical, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering, at least 8 years of EV powertrain test engineering experience, and 5 years in senior technical roles.
