Axon is hiring a Staff UC Software Engineer for its Carbyne Voice team to design, build, and maintain cloud-based voice infrastructure that handles SIP routing, call state management, redundancy, and emergency 911 call reliability. The role involves integrating telephony providers, PSAPs, and external partners; driving architectural evolution; collaborating with operations, networking, and engineering teams; and participating in on-call or incident response. It is a hybrid position requiring four days per week in the Boston office, with a base pay range of $168,750 to $225,000 USD and medical, dental, and vision plans.
