Description
BeyondTrust is hiring a Staff User Experience (UX) Designer to lead high-profile projects for its cybersecurity SaaS platforms. The role combines UX strategy, design leadership, user research, prototyping, design-system work, and mentorship of the UX team while collaborating with product managers, developers, researchers, and other stakeholders. The designer will also adopt AI-enhanced design practices and contribute to scalable UX practices across the product portfolio. The position requires 6–8 years of user experience design experience, strong research and design-thinking knowledge, remote-team collaboration, and familiarity with HTML, CSS, accessibility, and software development practices.
