Airbnb is hiring a Staff Workday Integration Engineer to define and own the technical architecture, strategy, reliability, security, and governance of enterprise Workday integrations and AI-enabled agentic tooling. The role leads complex payroll, benefits, global workforce, and multi-country integrations; develops Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Web Services, RaaS, Extend, and MCP integrations; and mentors engineers while partnering with HR, IT Security, Finance, and external vendors. It is a US-remote-eligible position with occasional office or offsite work and a base pay range of $180,000–$225,000 USD.
