Description
The Nursing Staffing Coordinator develops four-hour staffing plans, assigns Nursing Resource Team and Flex staff, prepares and posts unit schedules, manages interfacility transfers and patient flow, reallocates staff, tracks availability and time records, and prepares staffing reports. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, one year of healthcare experience, and strong computer, interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills; an associate degree in healthcare and Certified Healthcare Access Associate certification are preferred.
