Description
This full-time healthcare staffing and scheduling role manages patient-services staffing, scheduling, timekeeping, resource utilization, and immediate response to patient census and volume shifts. The position directs staff assignments, maintains and customizes UKG applications and data, supports payroll and budget reporting, analyzes staffing trends, and provides training and user support. It requires a high school diploma or GED, preferably an associate degree, and three years of healthcare administrative experience in an administrative support or staffing position; experience with Word, Excel, and UKG is also required.
