Description
The Staffing Coordinator will plan and implement sustainable staffing strategies for the Nursing Department, ensure daily staffing and callout coverage, coordinate with staffing agencies, identify hard-to-fill roles, assist with candidate screening and interviewing, support new-employee orientation, create work-shift schedules, assist with payroll timekeeping, and prepare reports for management. The role requires at least one year of experience in a staffing coordinator or similar role and at least one year of long-term care facility experience, along with knowledge of staffing policies, strong organizational and communication skills, and a high school diploma or GED.
