Cambrian Homecare, LLC is hiring an on-site Staffing Coordinator in Long Beach, California, to coordinate caregiver schedules, client services, staffing coverage, and service continuity. The role serves as a primary contact for caregivers, clients, and families; manages call-offs and urgent staffing requests; monitors service utilization; and collaborates with recruiting, operations, and other internal teams. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, bilingual English and Spanish ability, at least two years of relevant staffing or scheduling experience, phone-based customer service experience, and advanced Microsoft 365 skills.
