Orchard Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is hiring a full-time Staffing Coordinator to maintain appropriate staffing levels and nursing coverage, complete monthly nursing schedules, prepare and post work schedules, coordinate staffing variances, maintain staffing records, and communicate schedule changes. The role requires prior experience as a Staffing Coordinator, Scheduler, or Payroll support in a nursing center or healthcare setting, along with strong organizational, interpersonal, and scheduling skills. Pay is $22-$28 per hour, with daily pay and benefits including health, vision, dental, tuition reimbursement, a 401(k) match, and other employee benefits.
