Description
The Staffing Coordinator manages existing and prospective customers, develops needs analyses, sells customer and potential-candidate job profiles, conducts workplace visits and risk assessments, and prepares candidates for customer appointments and interviews. The role requires strong communication, sales, and customer-service skills, preferably initial temporary staffing or B2B sales experience, and a completed commercial or industrial-technical vocational training or degree. It is an unlimited 38-hour-per-week position with flexible working arrangements, variable compensation, vacation, training, and employee benefits.
