Courtyards Care Center in Orlando, Florida is hiring a Staffing Coordinator/CNA to support nursing staffing and scheduling. The role posts nursing schedules, adds employees signing up for extra shifts, replaces staff call-outs, monitors coverage, calculates projected nursing hours, tracks overtime and time-off requests, and alerts the Director of Nursing to staffing issues. Candidates must hold a CNA license, have previous scheduling experience, have experience in nursing homes, hospitals, ALFs, or home health, and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
