Description
The Staffing Coordinator provides administrative support by coordinating daily and long-range staffing and scheduling needs, allocating resources, managing staffing challenges, communicating with healthcare providers, and ensuring compliance with privacy and safety regulations. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, recent relevant experience, analytical and communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office and Epic, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. It is a full-time, non-exempt night-shift position with variable days, every-other-weekend requirements, 32 weekly hours, and pay of $34.90 to $48.86 per hour.
