Description
The Staffing Office Coordinator supports the Resource Management Center by adjusting nursing staff schedules, reviewing projected census, identifying staffing shortages and surpluses, developing staffing proposals, managing absence notifications, communicating staffing changes, and serving as a scheduling-software end user. The role also provides administrative support and customer service, participates in staff meetings and training, and offers coaching to peers. It requires a high school diploma or GED, less than one year of healthcare experience, and offers less than one year of fast-paced customer service or medical experience and familiarity with medical terminology as preferred qualifications.
