United Methodist Communities is hiring per diem Licensed Practical Nurses to provide person-centered care for older adults in assisted living, memory care, and health care communities in northern New Jersey. The role covers open shifts, performs regular resident rounds, documents care, and collaborates with community staff. Applicants must hold an active New Jersey LPN license, have at least one year of experience in memory care, assisted living, or another healthcare setting, and pass a drug test and background check. The position offers $34 per hour plus weekend, evening, and night differentials, flexible day, evening, and night shifts, and applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
